Summer Camp Registration from Overseas

NOTE: This is written for the person who will assist the overseas person wishing to get register for our camp.

Procedure to register your (overseas) friends for summer activities:

Ensure you and your friends sign up for our weekly email by entering your email information at the bottom of www.typa.org.tw.

Please ask the friends you are helping to:

• Download our Activities Catalog and Summer Camp Registration Form (Day Camp Form (6-12 year olds) and Pre-School Camp Form (2-5 years old))
  

• Read through Pages 6, 8-10 (“TIMES, DATES, & CONTACT" & "INFORMATION”) in our Activities Catalog. They should be aware of our general rules and requirements for Membership, registration, accident insurance, fees, etc. before you join our programs.

• If the friend you are helping is a new member to TYPA, they must complete Page 58 (the Master Registration form) in full.

• Read through our Summer Camp Pages -- 56-59 (General Information for All Camps page 56, Pre-School Camp page 57; Day camp page 58) in our Activities catalog. This will give you a list of all of our summer camp activities. For additional more detailed information, please read through the Summer Camp Information Packet document.

• Print out the Summer Camp Registration Form and have your friend fill out what activities, weeks, etc they want, realizing that they may not get exactly what they want … they may wish to have an alternate schedule just in case.

• Make a copy of the passport(s) of their children that wish to participate in our activities.

• Have your friend fax to you:

  The Master Registration Form (if they are a first-time member)
  Their complete Summer Camp Registration Form
  Copy of the child’s passport

• Come into TYPA at the appropriate registration time (please refer to the 'registration flowchart' document for correct time.

PLEASE NOTE: At the time of registration, you’ll need to have funds to pay for the activities your friend wishes to enroll.
