Mums & Bubs Yoga gives new moms time to stay active with your newborn (3 months to precrawl), and clock in a little self care for YOU. Mums will learn to reduce fatigue, increase energy level, improve and regain your pelvic floor, core, leg and back strength. Babies will get to go with the movements as well as experience massages from you! A great way to bond with your bubs before lunch!
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket and toys for baby.
