This class is designed for four-year-olds and runs twice a week. This class will provide phonics instruction through activities, songs and stories. Children will have multiple opportunities for letter recognition and formation. The teacher in this class will provide activities that practice critical skills such as rhyme and syllable awareness. Phonemic awareness strategies will also be introduced to help children practice target sounds.
