Karate (Shotokan Style)

Karate has been practiced for centuries for self-defense and is divided up into three components: Kihon(basics), Kata (form), and Kumite (sparring). Karate is an excellent form of exercise that builds character and improves self-confidence. Students will be taught in different groups based on their skill level. Ideal for all ages, karate can be learned from five years and up but only older students with more experience will get to experience Kumite.
