Appropriate Classroom Attire

Dancers need to wear lightweight clothing that allows easy movement. Jazz or sports shoes should be worn for traction.

Courses

The TYPA Cheerleading Dance class is based on teaching cheerleading and dance for grades PreK and up. In this class, students will learn not only cheerleading dance moves, but also teamwork with an emphasis on hard work and dedication. This class is focused on cheerleading choreography, so there will be no tumbling or tossing but lots of dance moves and fun.
